Summer Term Week 8

Welcome to a new week- I have seen the weather forecast and it looks like we are going to have some sunshine this week. I can't wait!

I hope you all had a good weekend and managed to do some fun family activities. I did some decorating- I am decorating one of our spare bedrooms, it is going to be pink and grey. It might be a little bit too girlie in my house of boys- even the dog is a boy!

I also was able to have a few friends over on Sunday afternoon for some social distance tea and cakes in the garden. I am really pleased that we can now have up to six people to visit in the garden as I have really missed socialising with my friends.

Proudly, I can tell you that lots of you contacted your friends from class last week and you thought of lots of great ideas that put smiles on so many of your friends faces. If you have a pictures of your social distance meet ups please send them to me.

Your challenge for this week is to send me a picture of you as a baby. Take a look at the video of Holy Family Staff when they were young (I'm really pleased mine is not in black and white). It's called when I Grow Up... I shall make a Year 5 one with your pictures. Let's see if we can recognise each other. Getting baby pictures out to look at brings back very special memories and your parents will have lots of stories to tell you of the things you did when you were young. I look forward to getting lots of your pictures.

Let's get working...
