Quotes to inspire in class & in sport

WEEK 1

"Winners and Champions are not made in the gyms, they are made from something they have deep within them - a desire, a determination, a dream, a vision. Find it and follow it and you will be a winner."

WEEK 2

Winners in life think constantly in terms of I can, I will and I am. Focus hard on being positive, celebrating what you can do and aiming to become better - this will make you successful in life.

WEEK 6

Winners and Champions keep playing and practising until they get it right.

WEEK 9

Regardless of how you feel inside, always try to look like you are a winner. Even if you are behind, a sustained look of control and confidence can you give the mental edge that results in victory or success.

WEEK 10

In order to excel, you must be completely dedicated to whatever you are doing. You must be prepared to work hard and accept advice. Without 100% dedication you will not be able to do this.

WEEK 11

Competing in sports has taught me that if I'm not willing to give 100%, somebody else will and ultimately they will be more successful than I.

WEEK 12

The road to the heights of greatness will often be rough and you may stumble. The key to success is not to fall off the road and quit.

WEEK 13

To succeed you need to find something to hold on to, something to motivate and drive you...something to inspire you. Look for that something, find it and you will succeed.

WEEK 14

There may be people that have more God-given talent than you, but there's no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do.
