Good morning everyone :-)

Last night was a nail-biting final of the Euros; of which England did not raise the cup, this time. They did however play amazingly well throughout this competition and I'm feeling very proud of them. Congratulations to Italy on their win. In our Geography this week, we are due to contrast England to Italy. We will be looking at this at our Teams meeting at 9.30 (don't worry too much if you just come along to listen - I understand that many of you will have been up to watch), and I would like you to complete the comparison of the two countries, as per the activity sheet below. You do not need to print - just try to lay out a comparison between the two on paper.

Maths

For Maths, please look at the video and complete the work on 3D shapes. Perhaps you can have a 3D shape hunt in your home and count the number of faces, edges and vertices (corners). How many different types of 3D shapes can you find?

In the afternoon, for computing, we will have a look at using 'Word'. I will share a presentation and I would like you to have a go at using word processing (either Word or on Purplemash) to do a factsheet. You can copy the facts from the Italy or England factfiles to support you.

Hope you and your families are all doing ok.
