During Remote learning on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday I will suggest to do something active. On this page you will find ideas to keep active.
Active Surrey have given us some resources to use to help pupils at home to keep active. The first being a cross country- Can you walk, jog or run 1 mile 1.6km? Write down your best time and send it to me at email@example.com I need to send the results back to Surrey School Games by 4th February. Active Surrey will send certificates to all schools of the children who take part. See attachment below. 'Cross country briefing sheet'.
There is a bingo sheet to complete each week to ensure you are getting movement breaks at home. Tick each one off as you do it, over the week see if you can get bingo, either a line or a full house.
