Good morning Year 3!

Monday’s School Reading Book  - Oxford Owl online e-books - please log in with the details we sent you, or create your own log in. Try and choose one which matches your book band / or try with one book band higher. You need to be reading about 90% of the text fluently and understand it, as a guide. Can you write it down in your school reading record?

Then

Read Chapter 3 of The Iron Man. If you have not got a copy of the book, a scanned copy is attached below.

Reading Comprehension as attached below. Chapter 3 - Set of questions differentiated around one text. Work for 30-45 minutes.

L.O. I can answer questions about a text

The events in the beginning of chapter 3 are what children will base their newspaper openings on later this week.

 

You could also do some P.E.  (maybe some Joe Wicks) and some music, as it's Monday! Make sure you do some exercise though, as its great for you. What about your walk a mile challenge? Just remember to take a photo and send it to me!
