Good Morning Year 2,
Today in English I would like you to write a diary entry from Grace Darling. Use all the information you have found out about her to help you write it. I have uploaded a word mat and lined sheet to write on.
Things you need to include:
- Write in the first person
- Write in the past tense
- Use a range of punctuation
- Write about the events in the order that they happened
Challenge is to write about how Grace was feeling.
In Mathematics please look at the slide Lesson 4 describing movements. Then complete the worksheet 'Recording Movements'. Please complete the 2 star sheet and 3 star for hexagon group children. The children can try the activity 'record movements' when they have finished.
This afternoon please choose a task from the whole school learning page.
