Good Morning, 

Please join me on teams at 8:40 to explain this morning's work. 

We have learnt all the phase 5 sounds now, spend sometime today with your flashcards and sound mat seeing which sounds you know. You could also spend sometime going through the phase 5 workbook that was sent home in your first pack. I have also attached a 'phase 5 blast off' game too.

 Click here to play the game 'Picnic on Pluto', choose phase 5 and see if you can feed the aliens real and nonsense words. this will help you with your phonics with me tomorrow. Give Obb the nonsense/fake words and give Bob the real words. 

I will be on teams at 9:30 and 9:45 to hear Wednesday's readers.

Please join me on teams at 11am to explain the Mathematics work. 

Today we are continuing to look at tens and ones in numbers up to 50. We are partitioning the numbers into tens and ones, using a part whole model and matching pictures to the correct number. See worksheets below 'Worksheet-Tens-and-ones'. 

I will not be on teams as normal at 12:40 as I am carrying out the phonics assessments this afternoon. Please just log on at your time today or tomorrow. 

Art- In Art today the children are going to be creating the alien they designed in English this week. We suggest that you make it out of salt dough and then paint it when it dries. Click here to find the salt dough recipe. 

Or you can create it out of junk modelling materials or lego, anything you wish. Please upload a photo to your one drive so we can see your creation.
