Good morning Year 5,

Wow! We have woken up to rain this morning- not my favourite weather and Arthur hates it, he doesn't want to go in the garden when it is raining.

Today you have a tables test and some subtracting decimals to complete, you also have to do the next writing task, you will be looking at the features of diary writing. It is all on the powerpoint. 

Don't forget to look at the spelling powerpoint for this week, it is more examples of ough words. It would be great if we could get into the top two classes on spelling shed. Let's go for it and be super spellers!

There are art, topic and computing tasks that you can do this afternoon and I have left some touch typing tasks and coupe of other things for you to do on Purple Mash. 

Don't forget to send me your rainbow message pictures- I have had some really lovely pictures so far and I can't wait to put them together for you.
