Good morning to you all- I hope you had a lovely weekend. It's time to start another week of learning.

Start this morning a set of questions on SPAG.com. I have put a slightly longer exercise for you to do on there. Some challenging questions for you to answer.

This week we are going to write a biography, about the author Phillip Pullman. He is the writer of The Firework Maker's Daughter. Watch the powerpoint at the bottom of the page so that you understand what a biography and an autobiography is. make some notes in you book about biographies and autobiographies.

Your task for today is to find ten interesting facts about Phillip Pullman. Write the facts as a list using bullet points in your book.

If you would like to complete an art task this week, I have found another great painting of a mountain for you to think about, discuss and then create your own version of. It is an abstract painting made up of small shapes to create the volcanoes. Enjoy looking at it, send me your creations.
