Located in the heart of Addlestone, Holy Family is a nurturing one-form entry school, dedicated to educating children aged 4-11. Our rich heritage of serving the local parish of Holy Family is a testament to our commitment to Catholic values, instilling love and respect for others through the teachings of Christ. Our mission is clear: To learn and grow as one happy, Holy Family.

As a Catholic school, our vision is that each of our children have the figure of Christ in their lives. Through our faith, we grow hearts and recognise the importance of developing children who are active, attentive and eloquent. We focus on each child’s ability to think and act collaboratively; showing consideration to the world around us and solidarity to others. We are guided by our faith and we encourage our children to live and act according to the Gospel Values, to put our mission in action. We explore the seven Catholic Social Teachings and use them as our moral compass; guiding us on how to be active in our engagement with the world to change what we can for the better.

Our children are encouraged to give of the best in all they do, to understand their beliefs and those around them and to work and play happily together. They are further encouraged to express their God given talents and to show qualities of honesty, tolerance, forgiveness, caring and patience.

Through our broad and balanced curriculum, we grow minds that are motivated to question and develop a thirst for knowledge. We encourage our children to aspire for academic excellence and have high aspirations for themselves. We develop in each of our children a set of learning behaviours, helping each child to develop in qualities such as participation, respect and teamwork. At Holy Family, our children’s views and ideas are respected and encouraged, and we help to build resilient attitudes which rise to a challenge and support each child to become a become lifelong learner.
