Termly Plans

The teachers at Holy Family School undertake thorough planning processes. Within the context of their post, weekly and mid term plans are submitted. These are discussed at length with appropriate classroom assistants to ensure continuity of delivery.

These pages provide parents with an overview of the terms curriculum delivery in every year group. Whilst they lack the detail of shorter term plans, they are designed to help parents gain a prior knowledge of the content of the terms delivery. This can help parents further support and work particularly with foundation subjects.

Frequently family visits abroad or a days outing or a visit to the library can be a resource of additional information thus widening a childs knowledge in advance of a given teaching theme.
